The five petitioners before us are aggrieved that their pay fixation in accordance with 6th and 7th Pay Commission recommendations, has been erroneously settled.
A detailed representation dated 27th April, 2021, addressed to respondent no.5-Authority is pending and no decision is delivered by the said authority. It is pointed out that in the identical set of circumstances, this Court has passed an order dated 17th February, 2022 in Writ Petition No.2304 of 2022 filed by Vinod Lahu Patil Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors.

Considering that an innocuous prayer is put forth, we are not issuing notice. We have heard the learned AGP on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 4.

As such, this petition is disposed off. We direct respondent no.5 to consider the representation dated 17th April, 2021 in the light of the grounds set out by the petitioners, strictly in accordance with the law and the policy applicable. A reasoned order be passed on the said representation, on or before 30th December, 2022. 4.
The petitioners shall serve a copy of this order on respondent no.5, within two weeks.
