Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents.

Perused the grounds taken in the respective petitions, annexures thereto and reply filed by respondent no.2.

Upon perusal of affidavit in reply filed on behalf of respondent no.2 and more particularly, paras 67, 68, 70, 71, 72 and 74, it appears that subsequent to the ad interim order passed by this Court, respondent no.2 has allowed the petitioners to participate in the counseling based on claim of the petitioners of fulfilling the eligibility criteria, the petitioners have opted for seats and accordingly seats have been allotted to them. As a matter of

(5) W.P. No. 9836 of 2015 & Group fact, they have almost completed six months of Post Graduate DNB (Secondary) Course i.e. 'Diplomate of National Board'. In para 75 of the affidavit in reply, it is stated that the petitioners have already participated in the counseling and seats have been allotted to them.

In the light of reply filed on behalf of respondent no.2, it is abundantly clear that the petitioners have appeared for counseling, they opted for seats and seats have been allotted to them. 5.

In that view of the matter, grievance of the petitioners stand redressed. The Writ Petitions accordingly stand disposed of.
