Heard learned counsel for applicant and respondents. 2.
Delay for filing this application is condoned. 3.
By way of this application applicant is praying for setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 6th February, 2018.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that the earlier advocate did not take steps to remove office objections. The appellant is a poor
farmer. If opportunity is not given to him to contest his appeal it would cause injustice on him. Hence, requested to set aside the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) and to remove office objections. 5.
Considering the submissions of learned counsel for applicant, the order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial), dated 6th February, 2018 is set aside.

Applicant / appellant shall remove the office objections within two weeks.

Appeal be restored.
