We have heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned A. P. P. for the respondent No. 1 and learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.

The investigation is in progress. Learned A. P. P. states that, some statements are recorded. Amongst the other grounds submitted by the applicants the applicants have also raised the ground of jurisdiction that the police station where the complaint is filed did not have the jurisdiction.

As the investigation is in progress and major part of investigation is completed. In case, the chargesheet is filed the applicant may file application for discharge as would be permissible in law, which would be considered on its own merits. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. 4.
