On 16.09.2019, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lac only) within a period of four (04) weeks. We had passed the said order because the petitioner was not seeking any personal relief. The matter was in the nature of public interest. To test the bonafides of the petitioner and as a security if costs is decided to be imposed upon the petitioner, we had directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lac only).

Mr. Syed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not arrange for the said funds.

In the light of that, as the order is not complied, writ petition is disposed of for non prosecution. No costs.
