The petitioner is qualified on the ground of height. The height measured by the authority was 165 cm. The measurement of chest was 78.84 cm. The petitioner approached this Court. According to the petitioner, he is entitled for the relaxation in height being Maratha. The petitioner was again referred to the authorities. The report is submitted by the authority to the effect that height of the petitioner is 164 cm. and measurement of chest is 75-81. Both the readings are not in consonance with each other.

In light of the above, we direct the respondents to examine the petitioner by the Appellate Authority once again and may consider the case of the petitioner as per the report of the Appellate Authority.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
