Present petition has been filed for following reliefs : "A) This Hon'ble Court by issuing writ of certiorari or any other writ in the like nature, be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned communication dated 25.06.2025 issued by the Education Officer (primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur.

B) This Hon'ble Court by issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, may kindly direct the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Junior Clerk, at the earliest preferably within a period of one month from passing order by this Hon'ble Court.

906_WP_12370_2025 D) This Hon'ble Court by issuing writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, may kindly direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in Shalarth ID and to release his salary, at the earliest preferably within a period of 2 months from passing order by this Hon'ble Court."

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned Advocate Mr. V.C. Patil holding for learned Advocate Mr. U.B. Bondar waives notice for respondent No.4. No necessity to issue notice to respondent Nos.5 and 6.

Learned Advocate for respondent No.4 is pointing out that in view of Government Resolution dated 07.03.2024 a Committee has been constituted giving powers as Appellate Authority and before that Forum those matters, in which the approval proposals have been rejected in respect of teaching and non teaching staff, can be taken up. In view of pointing out this resolution the learned Advocate for petitioner, upon instructions, prays for withdrawal of petition to approach before said Committee. Such withdrawal is permitted with liberty as prayed and the Committee should consider the time taken by petitioner before this Court, if at all there is a point of delay. Petition, therefore, stands disposed of.
