Perused the impugned judgment and the grounds of objections in the memo of appeal in exception to the said judgment. After having perused the aforesaid documents and after having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50%

ii) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.
