PER COURT :- In an Appeal presented to the State Government, the matter came to be remanded back to respondent No.4 Commissioner, Women & Child Development, Maharashtra State, Pune for reconsideration, reenquiry and for passing order in accordance with provisions of law. The grievance of the petitioner is that although the order is passed on 9.1.2014, respondent No.2 has not yet decided the matter as directed by the Appellate Authority.

In the facts of this case, this petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent No.2 to take decision in the matter, in consonance with the order passed by the Appellate Authority on 9.1.2014, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today, after extending opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and it is accordingly directed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
