Applicants apprehend arrest in connection with Crime No. 218/2023 registered with Parbhani Rural Police Station, District Parbhani for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 498-A, 504 r/w 34 of IPC.

First information report shows that the applicants were not present at the spot of the incident. Obviously there is no allegation against them of committing any overt act .

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the allegation against whom no overt act is alleged are already enlarged on regular bail. As far as present applicants are concerned, there is absolutely 928.aba1458.23.odt
