Learned advocate for the applicants submits that while typing the prayer clause "C" in respective Anticipatory Bail Applications, inadvertently sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act are typed in the said prayers, when infact there are no offence registered under the POCSO Act. Consequently, while granting bail to the applicants, the same sections are appearing in the order dated 4th September, 2024. The learned advocate for the applicants therefore prays to delete sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act from the order dated 4th September, 2024. 4.

In view of the above, where there is reference of sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act in the order dated 4th September, 2024 be deleted. The order dated 4th September, 2024 be corrected and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
