Learned Advocate Mr. V.V. Bhavthankar submits that the sole appellant expired two years ago. His son has applied for getting his name entered to the Trust. It is to be noted that though the suit was filed by the present appellant in his individual capacity or name, the property belong to the Trust and the reliefs those were claimed were considering the property as Trust property. Under such circumstance, the Second Appeal stands disposed of as abated.
