Learned advocate appearing for the applicants submits that they are poor agriculturists and illiterate persons and suffered huge losses during corona pandemic period. Their advocate informed about impugned order and advised to file the appeal. However, due to financial crises they could not arrange requisite expenses within time. Delay is not intentional and not deliberated.

Contentions in the application are not controverted by the respondents.
