The petitioner challenges the action of respondent no. 2 cancelling the tender process. The petitioner further seeks direction to forthwith issue work order in favour of the petitioner.

On 12.06.2017, the learned A.G.P. has made a statement that the whole tender process was cancelled. The fresh tender process was issued. In

2 wp 9649.16 the fresh tender process, the petitioner did not participate nor impugned the said action. The State has gone ahead and completed the fresh tender process and had even awarded the contract. 3.

The fresh tender process does not seem to have been assailed in the present petition.

In the light of above, with the efflux of time nothing would survive in the present writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
