Present Petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.3 to decide the petitioner's parole leave application which is pending since 14th June 2024.

Learned APP waives notice for all the respondents and upon instructions from respondent No.2, makes a statement that the application would be decided within a period of four weeks. 3.

Taking into consideration the fact that the parole leave application is pending since 14th June 2024, we expect that the

cwp-1646.24 concerned authority would take decision as early as possible and would abide by the statement which is now made, which is taken as undertaking.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to decide the petitioner's parole leave application as early as possible and not beyond four weeks from today.
