By this petition, the petitioner is seeking limited direction to the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe, at the earliest in the light of the petitioner seeking admission in Engineering course.

The learned AGP appears for the sole respondent - Scrutiny Committee and he submits on instructions that hearing on the claim of the petitioner has been completed and order can be passed within a stipulated period of time.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to finally decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within three weeks from today. 5.
