Leave granted. Said statement stands deleted from paragraph No.2-A as sought under the application. 2.

Leave to amend by incorporating paragraph No. 2-A as per the aforesaid order. After amendment is carried out respondents are at liberty to file their reply. 3.

Put up the writ petition on 04.11.2019.
