We have heard Mr.Panpatte, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court under order dated 31.1.2017,

We direct the State Government as well as the Zilla Parishad, Nanded, to find out whether the petitioners can be accommodated within 30 Kms. of Nanded and, if possible, at the nearby Talukas like Ardhapur, Mudkhed or in Nanded Taluka itself.

We hope and trust that the Respondents shall consider the request of the petitioners in a sympathetic manner and follow the couple convenience policy."
