Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. 2.

A detail order about the conduct of the applicant was passed on 11.11.2022. Considering the conduct of the applicant, this Court by order dated 24.08.2022, vacated the conditional order of suspension of sentence dated 08.04.2021. It appears that the applicant made an incorrect statement before the Court that he went to the office of this Court with demand draft of Rs.1,40,000/-, but the staff did not receive the said demand draft. Therefore, the applicant was directed to file affidavit. He did not file affidavit. That falsifies the statement that the applicant went to the office for depositing the demand draft as per order of this Court. Till
