Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present petition, the petitioner is awarded the benefit of the revised pay scale of 4500-20200. Learned counsel further submits that however the benefit of time bound promotional pay scale is not awarded to the petitioner.

The benefit of ACPS scheme is applicable to the petitioner. The respondent shall consider the case of the petitioner for ACPS scheme benefit

wp9915.16 upon scrutinizing and verifying the record and if found eligible shall accord said benefit to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
