ORDER:- 1.

In all these applications, the respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of balance amount of compensation. The earlier orders show that the Acquiring Body has deposited the entire amounts of awards in all these matters, out of which this Court had already permitted the respective applicants to withdraw 40% of the deposited amount of compensation. Further, the Hon'ble Apex Court thereafter directed this Court that the claimants who had approached the Hon'ble Apex Court are entitled for withdrawal of remaining 60% amount of the impugned awards. This Court, vide order dated 28th April

(2) 927 CA-14494.2022.odt 2022 in other similar matters, has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the remaining 60% balance amount on furnishing solvent surety / security. As such the same order will follow.

The respective applicants in all these applications are permitted to withdraw remaining 60% balance amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date on furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

All these Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
