Mr. Salunke, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner is restricting this writ petition to the extent of prayer clause "B".

The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 would decide the application of the petitioner made under the provisions of the Maharashtra Gunthewari Development (Regularisation, Up-gradation and Control) Act, 2001 within a period of three (03) months from
