The present application has been filed for transposition of the present applicant as the petitioner. The present applicant is original respondent no.15 in the writ petition.

On the earlier occasion, we had heard the petitioners. The question was raised as to the locus of the original petitioners to maintain the petition on the ground that the intake capacity of the present applicant is reduced. It appears that to overcome the same, the present application has been filed. The another contention of original petitioners is the training period is reduced. The same can be dealt with while considering the petition.

In case the present applicant is aggrieved by the reduction of the intake capacity, then the applicant would have separate cause of action. The applicant may agitate it in independent proceeding. 4.

With these observations, Civil Application disposed of. 5.

In view of disposal of present application, Civil Application No.10410 of 2019 also stands disposed of.
