Civil Application No.13208 of 2015 is filed by original claimants, respondents of the appeal for releasing the bank guarantee. It appears that by the order date 9th February, 2011 made in Appeal No.1367 of 2010 this Court has directed to give bank guarantee in respect of 50% of the deposited amount. As per this order, bank guarantee was given but then this Court's order was also challenged in Supreme Court. Copy of order made by Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.7070-7071 of 2015 dated 11th September, 2015 is produced. It shows that the Honourable Apex Court

-:(2):- 13208 has directed to release 50% amount without security and 50% amount with the security to the satisfaction of the Collector. Learned counsel for the applicants made statement that security to the satisfaction of collector was given and the amount is already released. He submits that in view of the circumstances the bank guarantee which was given as per the order of this Court dated 9th February, 2011 needs to be released. In view of this circumstance, the application is allowed. Bank guarantee is released. 2.

In view of above, Civil Application No.13210 of 2015 also stands disposed of.
