Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits before this Court that the grievance raised in

( 2 ) 12175.18wp the petition was in the nature of non compliance of the order of this Court dated 19th December, 2016 in Writ Petition NO. 10178 of 2015. He then submits before us that by order dated 8th January, 2020 an approval is granted to the appointment of the petitioner subject to certain conditions. The copy of the order dated 8th January, 2020 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

As the purpose of approaching this Court is duly served, grievance no more survives. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
