The petition has been moved against order dated 2nd September, 2013, which is operating since then without interruption.

Learned advocate for the parties state that it would be expedient to direct disposal of the appeal itself on merits within a stipulated time.

Learned advocate for the appellants in district court, Shrirampur, states that he would do all the requisites necessary for making ripe the appeal for hearing, within a period of eight weeks from today.

Under the circumstances, regular civil appeal No.15 of 2013 be taken up for final disposal expeditiously and the district Judge-1, Shrirampur to decide the appeal within a period of eight weeks after completion of formalities by the appellants within the time stipulated above.
