This Court had issued Non-bailable Warrant against all the Appellants by order dated 20.08.2025. The learned Advocate appearing for the Appellants submits that the Appellant Nos.1, 2, 5 and 7 are no more and the other Appellants are personally present before this Court. He tenders across the bar the Application for cancellation of Non Bailable Warrant and also copies of the Death Certificates of the Deceased Appellants. The Application is taken on record. 2.

In view of the above, the order of Non Bailable Warrant against the Appellants is recalled since the same was not executed. 3.

The Appeal stands abated to the extent of said Appellants who are no more. Necessary endorsement be made in the Appeal Memo to that effect. The Application stands disposed off. 4.
