This application is filed praying therein for amendment of Criminal Application no.2622 of 2016 in view of the fact that during the pendency of

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed, without prejudice to the contentions of the Respondents and right to file the reply to the amended portion of the application.

The application stands disposed accordingly. Amendment to be carried out on or before 23rd September, 2016.
