This Civil Application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the present appeal, however, office remark shows that there is no
( 2 ) 936 FA 2495 OF 2025 delay in filing the appeal, hence this Civil Application does not survive. 2.
In view of this, Civil Application is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 10185 OF 2025 1.
This Civil Application is filed seeking stay to the execution and operation of the judgment and award impugned in the First Appeal. 2.
For the reasons stated in the application, execution and operation of the judgment and award dated 28.02.2025, passed by the learned District Judge-7 and Ex-officio Member of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad, in M.A.C.P. No.615/2022 is stayed for a further period of eight weeks subject to deposit of entire award amount together with interest accrued thereon in this Court within eight weeks from today. If amount is not deposited within given time, stay granted stands automatically vacated.
