The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that after the order is passed by the Grievance Committee, the respondents have paid the amount towards the leave encashment of Rs.69,307/- on 17.02.2017.

As the payment has been made almost after three years of the order of the Grievance Committee, we direct the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to pay simple interest on

{2} 23-WP-11421-16 the said amount for a period 1st April, 2014 to 16th February, 2017 @ 8 % per annum. The same shall be paid within three months.
