The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.2 is rejected on the ground that as per G.R.dated 12.2.2015, there is no permission to fill in the non-teaching posts. 2.

The staffing pattern has been approved as per G.R.dated 24.8.2018. In light of that, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. 3.

The Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Hingoli shall decide the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.2 on the post of Junior Clerk on its own merits expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from today. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
