By this application, applicant seeks relaxation of condition imposed on him. While granting anticipatory bail to the applicant by order dated 26/10/2021, a condition was imposed that applicant shall not enter the vicinity of residence of complainant/victim.

The applicant and complainant/victim are residents of village Nakhatwadi, Taluka Sonpeth, District Parbhani. Applicant claims to have agricultural land in the said village and for cultivation and agricultural operations applicant seeks relaxation of the said condition.

Taking into consideration the fact that applicant has scrupulously followed the condition for a period of more than one year and the case is pending for hearing before Criminal Court, the condition imposed on applicant deserves to be relaxed. 5.

Application is, therefore, allowed. The condition imposed on applicant not to enter into vicinity of complainant/victim's residence is hereby relaxed.
