3] In the circumstances, finding that sufficient reasons are made out, the delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned, on the condition that the appellants execute undertaking in this Court within eight weeks, that they would not claim statutory interest for the delayed period. In case no undertaking is executed within specified period, the applications shall stand dismissed automatically.
