We have heard Mr. Bachate, learned Advocate for petitioner. 2.

Under order dated 2nd August, 2021, this Court has directed respondent No. 2 to take final decision on the application filed by the petitioner for appointment of administrator on its own merits. 3.

Affidavit is filed by the Deputy Education Officer on 20-12-2021. As per the affidavit, on 01-11-2021 the order has been passed thereby Director of Education has taken over the charge. The copy of order passed on 01-11-2021 is also annexed with the affidavit. 4.
