Heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 03.08.2020 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna and the order dated 29.05.2023 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Appeal No.69/2020, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed.

Learned A.G.P. raised a preliminary objection regarding the maintainability of the present petition on the ground that, against the order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, the petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing a revision before the State Government.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of as not maintainable.

The petitioner is at liberty to file a revision before the State Government within a period of six (6) weeks from today. 6.

The delay caused in prosecuting the present petition shall be taken into consideration by the State Government while considering an application for condonation of delay.

7.

As the matter is of the year 2013, the State Government shall decide the same within a period of three (3) months. 8.

All points are kept open.
