This Civil Application has been filed in a disposed of Writ Petition No.10671 of 2017 on the basis of the order passed by the Supreme Court on 28th August, 2017 in Petition for Special leave to Appeal (C) No (s) 30336 of 2016, 2.
The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the light of the said order passed by the Supreme Court, the applicant be also permitted to appear for the MOP UP round. He however did not dispute that the applicant's name is not in the list published by the Director General of Health Services.

Having regard to the aforesaid, in our considered view no orders can be passed on the Civil Application in regard to the prayer made therein.
