ORDER:- 1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant - claimant. The learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body remained absent. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body. The learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out that this Court under order dated 21.06.2021 has permitted the applicant therein to withdraw amount to the extent of just over 50% of the deposited amount. As such the applicant herein is permitted to withdraw the 50% amount of compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date, on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial of this court. 2.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
