Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that vigilance has been conducted. He has submitted a reply and he is in urgent need of decision, since 14 September 2023 is the last date for him to secure his admission in the Engineering Graduation Course. 3.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the matter is posted before the Committee on 07 September 2023, and would be decided as expeditiously as possible.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the Scrutiny Committee to pass final order as early as possible and in any case by 11 September 2023.
