The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, representations have been given to the respondent No. 2. Same be directed to be decided.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that, the petitioners have given representations to the Hon'ble Minister.

The petitioners may file representations with the respondent No. 2 with regard to the reimbursement of fees. The respondent No. 2 may take decision on the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
