The present application is filed by the original claimants for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance company in this Court. The learned counsel for the appellant Insurance Company submits that out of total compensation, recently i.e. on 07.04.2017, the original claimants were allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.2 lakhs.

Considering the grounds raised in the appeal and the fact that recently, an amount of Rs.2 lakh is paid to the claimants, there is no substance in the present application and accordingly it is rejected. (K. L. WADANE, J.) JPC 1/1
