We have heard Mr. Undre, learned counsel for the petitioners.

We had asked the learned A.G.P. to take instructions about the objections of the petitioner. The learned A.G.P., on instructions,

(02) months and depending upon the decision the further course of action would be undertaken. 3.

The said statement is accepted.

In case, the respondents do not proceed for further measurements or if decision is adverse to the interest of the petitioners then the petitioners would have right to agitate against the same.
