The applicants in both the applications are seeking condonation of delay of 2067 days in challenging the impugned award for enhancement.

The learned AGP as well as the learned counsel for respondent No.2 - acquiring body strongly opposed the applications. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the delay can be condoned on the condition that applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

In view of the same and for the reasons recorded in the applications, the delay of 2067 days in both the applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest in respect of the aforesaid delay period. 5.

Undertakings to that effect filed by the concerned applicants, the applications are accordingly disposed of. 6.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
