The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of respondent No.5 - Tahsildar having written to the respondent No.7 - Deputy Superintendent of Land Records by the communication dated 06.07.2022 to carry out Shiv Rasta measurement without charging any fees, the respondent No.7 is sitting over the communication without any steps.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent Nos. 6 and 7 to take appropriate steps in accordance with the communication received by them from the respondent No.5 - Tahsildar dated 06.07.2022 as early as possible and in any event within twelve (12) weeks from today.
