We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP.

The impugned order dated 16.05.2023 indicates that the Sub-Inspector, Education, from the office of the Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad has raised certain queries and has written to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani to tender certain documents/explanation. On these premises, the proposal of the Petitioner for entering his name in the Shalarth ID should not have been rejected.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions:- [a] The impugned order dated 16.05.2023 will not result in the disposal of the proposal of the Petitioner.

[b] The Education Officer (Secondary), shall abide by the directions issued by the Sub-Inspector, Education and ensure compliance within sixty [60] days from today. [c] Thereafter, the proposal of the Petitioner would be considered in the light of the documents/explanation that is tendered, on its own merits within sixty [60] days.

[d] In the event the management is not cooperating, the Education Officer shall initiate action against the management as is permissible in law.
