ORDER:- 1.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the Acquiring Body. In the connected matters this Court vide order dated 06.7.2022 has already permitted the applicants therein for withdrawal of 50% of the deposited amount. As such, same order will follow here. 2.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the 50% amount of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
