The applicant claimant is seeking deletion of name of respondent No. 2 and fresh notice to respondent No. 8. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since no compensation is claimed from respondent No.2, his name can be deleted. In view of the same, the application is partly allowed. The name of respondent No. 2 be deleted from the array of respondents at the risk of applicant. Further, issue fresh notice to respondent No.8. 2.

The applicant is at liberty to file death certificate of respondent No.4 along with pursis praying for deletion of name of respondent No.4, since his legal representatives being respondent Nos.5 to 8 are

already taken on record. Deletion of name of respondent No. 2 be carried out forthwith.
