The learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 tenders across the bar affidavit in reply stating subsequent events. 2.

The petitioner is challenging order dated 12.08.2023 passed below Exhibit 142 in Spl. C. S. No. 137 of 2015. An order impounding an unregistered document is subject matter of this petition. Both the learned counsels have informed that there are subsequent developments. The document in question has already been referred to the competent authority. 3.

In view of the subsequent developments, this petition has become infructuous.

The civil suit has already been directed to be decided

2 wp 11710.23 within a stipulated period by earlier order dated 15th March, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 2967 of 2023, I propose to adopt the same course.
