The petitioners claim that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and placed on record the terms of compromise, which are marked as 'X' for identification.

The amount of Rs.95,100/- which is claimed to have been deposited by the petitioners in this Court on 21st October 2013 is to be transferred to or released in favour of respondent No.4 - Bank along with interest, if any accrued thereon. The learned Counsel for respondent No.4 - Bank is in agreement with the compromise terms which are tendered before this Court.
