DATE : 15/09/2017 PER COURT :- Mr.Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since March, 2016. The petitioner has been given admission to the First year BHMS course in respondent no.4 college, however, the examination form is not being accepted by the respondent no.3 University.

2] Considering the fact that the proceedings are pending, we pass the following order :

I] The respondent no.2 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within nine months. Petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.

-2II] In case the petitioner is admitted to the First year BHMS course, then the respondent no.3 shall not refuse to accept examination form and declare the result of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. The respondents can take further course of the case depending on the judgment that would be given by the Committee.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
