A common order in the matter of the present petitioner and one Disha Maroti Gandapwar and Somay s/o Maroti Gandapwar is under challenge in this writ petition, refusing to validate petitioner's 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate.

Since the self-same order has been quashed and set aside to the extent of Somay and Disha in Writ Petition No. 9330/2024, dated 25.09.2024, for the same reasons even the present petition deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed partly.

The impugned judgment and order dated 12.08.2024, passed by respondent no.3-scrutiny committee is quashed and set aside. 5.

The respondent no. 3-Scrutiny Committee shall issue validity 1/2

67 WP 10611 24.odt certificate to the petitioner as belonging to 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe immediately in the prescribed proforma. The validity shall be subject to the final outcome of the matters which the committee has decided to reopen. 6.
